Photoshoot with John running

As John was recovering from a sore muscle and could not fully train and run, we visited the woods for a sport themed session instead. Our goal was to create a mini series of running photos capturing the atmosphere of afternoon sunlight. First I was trying to use flashes to light John up against the sun, but I could not quite get the results I wanted. In the end, I lit all the photos with just one reflector. As you can see, you may get interesting results even with minimum equipment.
